MY STORY
I've long had a passion for customer relations and quality of service. My career path began with training in the hotel industry, followed by 35 years' experience managing profit centres in prestigious companies such as Accor, Disneyland Paris and Regus business centres. This experience instilled in me the importance of providing unrivalled attention to customers and ensuring their well-being at all times, and trained me to be a hands-on operations expert.
Today, I'm looking forward to a new adventure that has been maturing in my mind for a long time: that of an entrepreneur in the field of incoming travel agencies. My desire is to take on new challenges, to explore new lands, to keep on discovering. I've always been attracted by the diversity of cultures and ways of life around the world.
I'm fascinated by the mix of cultures, by the friendliness of the people and, above all, by the extraordinary vision of the future that is already taking shape in the present. The United Arab Emirates is a young but incredibly mature country.
At the beginning of 2023, barely a year later, I was organizing my second trip to the Emirates, convinced that there was something exceptional to be achieved. I contacted my future local partners to offer tailor-made holidays, testing their ability to meet requirements based on quality, customer relations and personalized support for each traveller.
My project took shape with the creation of my inbound tourism agency in the heart of the Emirates. I've made Antoine de Saint-Exupery's motto my own: "Make your life a dream and a dream a reality". This is why I invite you to live the dream of discovering the United Arab Emirates in a different way with me and with Passion Emirats.
I use my experience, my global vision and my ability to take a step back to share my passion for the wonderful country that is the United Arab Emirates. In life, I believe you only regret what you didn't do.
My roots are deeply linked to aviation, with a father who had a career with Air France and a mother who was the airline's first ground hostess. They passed on to me their love of planes and travelling. Although I had always dreamed of becoming a captain, my career path led me into the hotel and restaurant business and the management of business centres. I've punctuated my life with trips around the world, allowing me to dream as if I were sitting in the cockpit. In the end, there are different ways of flying.
During one of my many trips to the Emirates, I felt that this country was different and that it corresponded to my ideal. When it's hard to get off the plane on your return to Roissy CDG and all you can think about is planning your next trip, you can't resist this mysterious attraction and live your passion.
In 2022, I took the opportunity of Expo Dubai to fulfil a dream that was close to my heart: to discover the Middle East through the United Arab Emirates. This voyage of discovery left a deep impression on me, transformed me and enchanted me, giving me unforgettable moments at every turn. This experience gave me an irrepressible desire to live in this country.
