MY STORY
I have a passion for customer relations and quality of service. My career path began with training in the hotel industry, followed by 35 years managing profit centres at Accor, Disneyland Paris and Regus. This experience taught me to provide unrivalled attention to customers and to look after their well-being, making me an expert in field operations.
Today, I'm embarking on a new adventure: becoming an entrepreneur in an incoming travel agency. I've always been attracted by the diversity of cultures and ways of life around the world. I'm using my experience and global vision to share my passion for the United Arab Emirates, a country I adore. I believe that in life, you only regret what you didn't do.z and enjoy the charms of the Middle East in the best way possible.
My roots are in aviation: my father had a career with Air France and my mother was the airline's first ground hostess. Although I dreamed of becoming a flight captain, my career path led me to the hotel industry and the management of business centres. My travels around the world have allowed me to dream as if I were sitting in the cockpit.
During a trip to the Emirates, I felt that this country matched my ideal. In 2022, Expo Dubai gave me the opportunity to discover the United Arab Emirates, which had a profound effect on me. This experience made me want to live in this country, fascinated by the mix of cultures and their vision of the future. The Emirates is a young but incredibly mature country.
At the beginning of 2023, I organised a second trip to the Emirates, convinced that there was something exceptional to be achieved. I got in touch with local partners to offer tailor-made holidays, focusing on quality, customer relations and personalised support. My project took shape with the creation of an incoming tourism agency in the heart of the Emirates. In keeping with Saint-Exupéry's motto, ‘Make your life a dream and a dream a reality’, I invite you to discover the United Arab Emirates in a different way with Passion Émirats.
